Architect Presentations

During my B.Arch course at IITR, I had to make presentations on the works of an eminent architect every single semester. In most cases we were told to work on a specific architect, making it hard to find out the plans and other drawings. The “World Wide Web” seems to have no space for architect presentations it seems. Much harder it was to find the drawings. So with great effort, me and my classmates have compiled the works of these world famous architects. In order to make work easier for my juniors, I have come up with this page on my ArchiBlog where you can download these presentations. With the help of my classmates it was possible for me to make these architect presentations available for direct download. Some of the links may not work because of the heavy file size, so forgive me for that. Hoping that you all will find this interesting.

  11. I must show some appreciation to the writer just for bailing me out of this particular difficulty. After scouting through the world-wide-web and getting tips that were not beneficial, I figured my life was done. Being alive minus the solutions to the difficulties you’ve solved by way of this site is a serious case, and those that might have in a wrong way damaged my entire career if I hadn’t come across the website. The capability and kindness in taking care of all the details was vital. I’m not sure what I would’ve done if I hadn’t discovered such a step like this. I can also at this time relish my future. Thanks a lot very much for this professional and effective guide. I will not think twice to suggest the website to any individual who should have care about this topic.

  12. I happen to look to the Strabala presentation. The description of the Shanghai tower technology /function /design interconnection is great. However, I found some mistakes which are worth correcting:
    1. He joined Gensler 2006
    2. He founded his own company 2010 (2Define architecture – Shanghai, Seoul, Chicago)
    3. at least the middle buidling in his reference work on slide 4 is wrongly described. it is the 5 Canada Square building in London, for which Strabala received the Burnham Prize
